By accessing or using OPINIX, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use OPINIX.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age applicable to your use of the platform and must be legally capable of entering into these terms.

Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law and expressly stated by OPINIX, participants must be at least 18 years old.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You may not create multiple participant accounts unless expressly authorized by OPINIX.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information.
• Complete surveys honestly and carefully.
• Use only their own account.
• Keep account information secure.
• Follow survey-specific requirements.
• Comply with applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Create fraudulent or duplicate accounts.
• Use bots, scripts, or unauthorized automation.
• Manipulate survey results or rewards.
• Provide intentionally false information.
• Attempt to bypass platform security.
• Interfere with the operation of the platform.
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes.

6. Surveys and Research Opportunities

OPINIX may provide surveys created by OPINIX or made available through third-party research providers.

Survey availability may depend on factors including location, demographic eligibility, survey quotas, and provider requirements.

Completing a survey does not guarantee that a participant will qualify for a reward unless the applicable survey provider confirms completion and eligibility.

7. Rewards and Earnings

Rewards are credited according to the applicable survey or earning opportunity rules.

Rewards may be delayed, adjusted, reversed, or withheld where participation is determined to be fraudulent, invalid, duplicated, incomplete, or otherwise inconsistent with applicable requirements.

8. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the withdrawal rules displayed on the OPINIX platform.

Unless otherwise stated, the minimum withdrawal amount is $10.00.

Withdrawals may only be submitted during an active withdrawal window when OPINIX has enabled withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before payment is processed. We may request additional information to verify the participant and payment details.

9. Payment Information

Participants are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

OPINIX is not responsible for payment delays or losses caused by incorrect account information supplied by a participant.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that the account has violated these terms, participated in fraud, abused the platform, or created a security or legal risk.

Where appropriate, we may also investigate suspicious activity before restoring access or processing rewards.

11. Third-Party Services

OPINIX may link to or integrate with third-party services, including survey providers and payment providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. OPINIX is not responsible for the policies, availability, or practices of third-party services.

12. Intellectual Property

The OPINIX platform, branding, design, software, content, and other materials provided by OPINIX are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit OPINIX materials without authorization.

13. Platform Availability

We aim to keep OPINIX available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, third-party failures, security incidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, OPINIX will not be responsible for losses arising from misuse of the platform, inaccurate information supplied by users, third-party services, or interruptions outside our reasonable control.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page together with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of OPINIX after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
